"Those who do not endeavor to bring their neighbors and unbelievers to the way of salvation plainly show that they make no account of God's honor, and that they try to diminish the mighty power of His empire, and set Him bounds that He may not rule and govern all the world; they likewise darken the virtue and death of our Lord Jesus Christ, and lessen the dignity given Him by the Father"
