I hoped this would be a bit more on the level of people who have been far from God or were gong to church for the first time. This is who our new church is reaching and the material uses language that is not as accessible for those who have not been around church very long. While the online assessments have some value (which is why I was interested in this book) it's not written in a way that we could use it. I would have liked to have seen a combination of more humility and practicality on the part of the author. He does a good job of scriptural background but probably goes into too much detail in some areas of the book when it needs a better overall context and a connecting of the dots.
